Returns, Refunds and Delivery
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (personalized buckles and belts).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Buckles
Returns will be accepted for obvious quality issues. Buckles are hand made to order based on your personal choices. Changes cannot be made after the order is placed.
Belts
Belts are all hand crafted and will have variations in color, image spacing, etc. All belts are 2-ply high quality cowhide which will vary in color and grain. Belts are made to the size specified when placing the order, so please make sure to follow our sizing guidelines. Should you order the wrong size, we cannot be held responsible for replacement of the item as we do not stock belts. They are all made to order.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Delivery:
If you order a belt and buckle, they will be delivered together. It typically takes 45 - 60 days to make a buckle, we are sometimes lucky and receive them more quickly than that. Belts can take up to a couple of weeks to make depending on backlog. We will always deliver orders as soon as possible.
We will typically use USPS or other carriers for shipping.
